1. Advertising/Branding Services – Since these are service-based and customized, refunds are not applicable once work has commenced.
2. AI Chatbot & CRM Subscriptions – Refunds are not applicable for subscription payments once activated.
3. Duplicate/Failed Transactions – If any payment is debited multiple times due to a technical glitch or payment gateway issue, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

5. Exceptions – No refunds will be provided for change of mind or unused services.
