Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Nature
Idzigns Creative Solutions Pvt Ltd delivers bespoke professional digital creative services, software engineering, and strategic marketing. Because our services require custom research, time allocation, and labor, our refund policies are outlined below.
2. Project Retainers & Advance Deposits
Initial project deposits and retainer payments made to initiate project discovery, architectural planning, and design ideation are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Milestone-Based Deliverables
For milestone-based contracts, payments associated with completed and approved milestone deliverables are non-refundable. If a client terminates a contract prior to milestone completion, billing is prorated based on verifiable work completed.
